Massage therapy to resolve neck and shoulder pain.

Beginning July, 2018, I am now accepting Worker’s Comp and PIP car accident clients, and will bill insurance, on a case-by-case basis. Personal health insurance in Montana rarely covers massage therapy, but check with yours, and I’ll bill them if covered.  MEDICARE / MEDICAID WILL NOT PAY FOR MASSAGE THERAPY, IN MONTANA.  A written doctors prescription for massage therapy is required for PIP clients, and a written pre-authorization form for Workers comp.   Yes, there are lots of forms for ya to sign, and you’re responsible to pay what insurance doesn’t.

A minimum commitment of two sessions is required for me to consider billing for you.

Fees for prescription/therapeutic massage are:

1 hour: $120

1.5 hours $170
